Valdebebas has a privileged setting, conveniently
tucked between the two most important anchors of the regional economy: IFEMA
to the south and Terminal 4 at Madrid-Barajas International Airport to the
east. Additionally, the development is bordered by the residential areas
La Moraleja and El Encinar de los Reyes to the north and by Sanchinarro
to the west.
The city center is also easily accessible. By car, it takes 15 minutes
to reach Madrid´s Financial District near Plaza de Castilla and
when the commuter train line opens, it will take approximately 7 minutes
to reach Chamartín Station, with easy connections to the rest of
the city by train and by metro. A further element contributing to Valdebebas´
strategic location are the high-capacity motorways surrounding the area:
the M-40, the Radial 2, the M-11 and the North-South Airport Motorway,
which links Terminal 4 with downtown Madrid.
