27 November 2008. Valdebebas received this prize from the president of the Porcelanosa Group at a gala dinner held at the Hotel Westin Palace in Madrid with over 300 guests in attendance. The jury was comprised of prestigious experts from different fields related to the real estate sector.




18 January 2007. During the 4th edition of the Real Estate Prizes awarded by the Vía Group to outstanding companies and projects in the sector, Valdebebas received the prize for the Outstanding Real Estate Project from the hands of the managing director of Bunch Architecture. In the director's words, this prize acknowledged a commitment to urban development of the highest quality and projection.




28 June 2006. The 3rd edition of the Real Estate Prizes, presented each year to excellent companies in the real estate sector by the journal Gaceta de los Negocios, were held at the Lázaro Galdiano Museum in Madrid. The jury was comprised of important consultants, architects and professionals in the sector who understand how to appraise the differentiating elements of the project and the innovative management model carried out.



4 April 2006. During the 2006 Real Estate Show of Madrid, the ceremony for the 3rd edition of the Asprima Prizes (the Association of Real Estate Developers of Madrid) was held at the Cecilio Rodríguez Gardens and had the honor of the Mayor of Madrid, Mr. Alberto Ruiz-Gallardón, as the master of ceremonies. Valdebebas was awarded second prize for the Best Urban Development.
